Port of Guaymas Multipurpose Terminal

Objective

This expansion is part of a strategic effort by the Mexican government and private partners to upgrade the Port of Guaymas to handle increased logistics demands, including shipments from manufacturers like Ford.

Description

SSA Mexico (Carrix) will operate a new North Pacific terminal with a focus on containerized cargo, general cargo, and vehicles. The terminal is positioned in Santa Catalina Bay. The project involves developing a 106,434m² surface area, with the first phase featuring a 24,250m² Berth T1 (329m long) and a 44,236m² container yard.
