The Federal Government of Mexico, through the Mexican Navy (SEMAR), modernized the port’s infrastructure with 13 strategic projects including new open storage areas, dredging works, access roads, internal railway rehabilitation, highway upgrades, bulk storage warehousing, cruise terminal ugrades, new multipurpose terminal.
