The project aims to contribute to the socioeconomic development of the Southern Economic Region, exploiting the economic development of and attracting investment and tourism to HCMC, and to reduce the pressure on and congestion of Highway 1

Description

The third ring road, to be constructed at a radius of 25 kilometers from the city center, will facilitate the diversion of through traffic and reduce traffic congestion in the city.
