History

The Prime Minister has directed the investment of this project in the form of BOT. Phasing into 2 BOT (Building - Operate - Trans- fer) Project: Hanoi - Bac Giang: Completed in 2016 under BOT scheme. - Bac Giang-Lang Son (in- cluding Chi Lang- HuuNghi Border Gate): Under construction, completed by Dec 2019.
