Description

The Etihad Rail project is the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) national railway network designed to transform freight logistics and, in later phases, passenger transport across the country. Originally launched in 2009, Etihad Rail aims to link all seven emirates with an approximately 1,200 km standard-gauge rail line running from the Saudi border in the west to Fujairah on the Arabian Sea in the east
