The project aims to boost the national and international freight and passenger rail transport between Senegal, Mali and the sub-region
Description
The Governments of Mali and Senegal have recognized the importance of having a competitive railway system in terms of socio-economic development, transport mode balance, and regional integration after several decades of neglect of the railway sub-sector
