CAREC 6 spans from Europe through Central Asia toward the Middle East and South Asia, linking the PRC and Kazakhstan through Turkmenistan and Iran toward Persian Gulf access points. It facilitates trans-regional connectivity by linking northern Eurasian and Central Asian markets with ports in the Middle East, supporting export–import flows and diversified access beyond purely east–west axes.
