Description

Upgrading some sections of the Alat-Masalli road of the Baku-Iran highway (M3) and rehabilitating the Baku-Shamakhi road (M4).

History

The finance from WB went through restructuring and also got additional financing. The result is the (re)construction of segments of different highways, some 2lanes, some 4 lanes, stretching out from Baku. The final cost does not differ too much from the plan.
